Birdie Analytics is the tool we offer, giving you access to rich insights across your care business. From your care planning and delivery to rostering, finance and more, our tool will aggregate this information into easy-to-read graphs and actionable data.
We understand you may have your own business intelligence tools and would like to centralise Birdie and non-Birdie data. We provide access to raw data, which will enable you to seamlessly import it within your own tooling.
We enable permission levels within the app to be set for your staff so that only carers who've been invited by you can access a client’s information. These are defaulted to the most secure permission levels and can only be enabled by an affirmative action by you. For back-office staff, there are 5 user roles currently available.
Birdie has two forms of authentication: local via email and SMS, and SSO via Azure. Logging in to Birdie’s Agency Hub is secured by a magic link, with a one-time password sent via SMS when logging into the app. Read here for more about our approach to security.
