Birdie's Year in Review 2024

This festive season, we're reflecting on the amazing achievements of homecare providers. Together, Birdie’s 1000+ customers delivered 73 million hours of care, safely scheduled 85 million medication doses, and onboarded 117,000 new clients using Birdie’s smart homecare technology platform in 2024.

60 million care visits

We've witnessed an astounding 60 million care visits delivered through the Birdie platform – double the number from last year! Each visit represents a moment of connection, support, and reassurance for care recipients and their families.

15.2 million alerts resolved

This year saw 15.2 million alerts raised and resolved within 48 hours – double last year's figure! Every alert resolved represents a potential emergency prevented, a care recipient protected, and a care professional feeling heard and valued.

85 million medication doses scheduled

Care professionals scheduled and managed over 85 million medication doses through Birdie – 35 million more than in 2023. Each dose represents an older adult feeling comfortable and safe, supported by dedicated care professionals.

73 million hours of care delivered

Our incredible Birdie customers delivered more than 73 million hours of care using the Birdie app – more than double compared to 2023! We're humbled by the trust placed in our platform and grateful to support such dedicated care teams.

117,023 care recipients onboarded

We welcomed over 117,000 new care recipients to the Birdie platform. That's 117,023 older adults feeling more supported, seen, and secure.

120,504 family members connected

Our family app now connects over 120,000 users, providing invaluable reassurance and visibility of their loved ones' care. It truly takes a village to help everyone age with confidence, and family members are key to this interconnected network of care.

322,800 invoices processed

Our platform helped care businesses manage 322,800 invoices throughout 2024, streamlining their financial operations.

99.9% platform uptime

We maintained 99.9% platform uptime throughout 2024, ensuring reliable technology for consistent care delivery.
