Dear Birdie team,

Today, we proudly welcome a new partner in the form of homecare provider Home Instead.

So, who are Home Instead? I can confirm, after many months in their company, that they are a remarkable team of people. From every franchise owner, to registered manager and care professional - from CEO Martin, to the whole executive and operations team. I have sat with them in sunny meeting rooms, discussing the future of homecare and how we can make the industry a brighter, more joyful place to be. I’ve met with care professionals who speak with extraordinary passion about those they care for, with as much respect and patience as if they were their own loved ones. Most of all, I’ve spent many hours with members of our own team, the brilliant people who make up Birdie, excitedly discussing just what we could achieve if we were able to bring our tech solution to their growing network. And, today, I am so proud to say we now have that opportunity to amplify our joint social impact!

Birdie today supports homecare partners of all sizes in delivering millions of visits every month, and to bring outstanding care to tens and thousands of care recipients. We built our technology with innovation at heart, to help homecare businesses grow and achieve operational excellence. But perhaps what makes the Birdie offering so unique is our unwavering commitment to reinvent care, so that elder generations can thrive in their own homes, surrounded by their families and communities, and with the independence to live healthier, happier lives.
