No matter your business size, we’ve designed a pricing model that treats all our partners fairly. Each of Birdie’s plans has a cost per month, which is derived from the number of hours of care your network schedules and charged at an agreed hourly rate. This helps investment in smart technology stay proportional with business expenses as your business grows and provides full transparency into how your invoice is calculated. Can I use Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) funds to pay for Birdie?

Yes! Birdie is an NHS England Assured Supplier, which makes us an available digital option for care businesses looking to take part in the Digitising Social Care programme, unlocking potential funding opportunities. Adopting and using a solution from the Assured Supplier List is one criteria for being able to access funding. That funding can be used to set up software, such as Birdie, to take your business and care quality to new heights.

How does Birdie work with other accounting software?

Birdie supports you in cashflow management for your care delivery operation by generating invoices for your payers and gross pay data for your payroll team. Our finance tools enable you to generate the data you need to report on your operations and import into your accounting tools, as well as to pay your carers with your payroll provider.

Can I pay and charge planned or actual times?

Yes, we handle both options. You can choose whether or not you want to use actuals or planned timings for payroll and invoicing.
