Premium Support is here - and it’ll enable you to streamline your processes and get your queries dealt with in record time. Thanks to years of working with care agencies just like yours, we understand the importance of getting help quickly.
As a Birdie partner, you now have the option to access Premium Support as an add-on to your package.
Get help within 5 minutes
We know that our amazing support team is already lightning fast, but sometimes you need answers just that little bit faster. That’s why Premium Support has a dedicated routing to prioritise your query, with a first response within just 5 minutes, compared to the normal 10 minutes!
Access to an outbound phone service - so you can talk to a human!
We know that, sometimes, there are issues or queries that can be a bit too complex to resolve on chat alone. That’s why with Premium Support, you’ll have ability to schedule in calls with our senior support team from 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll have access to voice calls or video chats, with the option of screen sharing, to provide help with navigating Birdie and resolving complex queries.
Access to a dedicated ring fence of our most senior support experts
With Premium Support, you’re always in safe hands. you’ll get access to our most senior support team members, so no matter the problem, you’ll get it resolved. Out of hours? Don’t worry! You’ll still have access to our tenured team members, who are able to support our premium support partners from 7am until 8pm on weekdays, and 9am to 6pm at the weekend.
So how does it work?
- As you normally would, simply start a chat with the support team.
- If the issue is complex or if you, or we, believe phone support will be more helpful, a call can be scheduled.
- One of our Support Associates will provide a link to Calendly for you to select a 30 minute time slot.
- Once you’ve agreed on a time, our Support Associate will call via the Support Chat (Intercom).
Our premium support team will aim to deal the majority of queries via live chat, which should be dealt with within 15 mins for the majority of cases. If, however, there’s a technical issue which requires further investigation, Premium Support means that this will be dealt with by the same team member - making it easier than ever for you to resolve your issue!
Phone support can be requested at any time from 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be offered proactively by our support team if it’s something more complex, or if they don’t think they can resolve it for you in 15 minutes or less.
