In order to grow this next level live-in care service across London and the home counties, founder Mitchell Miller knew that his setup must focus on enabling his team of top care professionals to be able to focus on putting care delivery first, without spending unnecessary time in areas that weren’t adding value to their clients.

Mitchell has always understood that technology - if it’s the right fit for a business - can really help save time and reduce the stress of tedious manual processes. The Results
Astute’s experienced Registered Manager - who worked in five other private nursing businesses before joining the fledgling organisation - agreed that Birdie was the best software she had used.
